EnergastMax is a unique and original preparations of microencapsulated sodium butyrate in triglyceride matrix that protects the active substance from the stomach acid and ensures its sustainable delivery throughout the entire intestines.
The triglyceride matrix used in EnergastMax allows about 50% of sodium butyrate to reach the large intestine. The matrix is a composition of properly selected, fully hydrogenated palm oil fatty acid triglycerides. Thanks to the matrix, the release of sodium butyrate occurs gradually from the moment when the fat-digesting enzymes are secreted by the pancreas into the duodenum, where they begin the process of matrix breakdown.
